Typically, we engage with clients at the very earliest part of a project to work up a concept and design brief based on the client needs.

Depending on vessel type, we select either a designer or naval architect and draw up a preliminary design and specification suitable for tender prior to putting the project out to tender with short-listed suitable yards.

Legal negotiations which are fair for both owner and yard are managed by us with our lawyers. Once a contract has been signed we are able to put in a project management team to work alongside the owner and with the yard to ensure that the project is delivered on time, to budget at the right quality.

Our marine procurement and associated services is one of our fundamental businesses. We operate a global network of Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM’s) and repair and return facilities to ensure that the Navy’s we support can do their job to the best of their ability.
