From November 1st, Scott Dicken was made a Director of Charles Kendall & Partners (the Consulting division in the Group). Scott has worked in the Charles Kendall Consulting team based in London since February 2015. He has extensive experience delivering governance, public financial management, public procurement, value chain, and capacity building programmes in countries across the globe. He has developed multiple procurement and contractual policy frameworks, procedures, manuals, and suites of contracting documentation, and has designed and implemented multiple procurement and contract audit frameworks.
We look forward to Scott continuing to contribute to Charles Kendall & Partner’s procurement consulting business.
