CKA delivered a timely and highly structured procurement plan that clearly outlined scope and spend strategies, while enabling compliance with both state government and Competition Authority policies.

LinkWater (now Seqwater), the Queensland Government Statutory Authority responsible for water infrastructure throughout south-east Queensland, engaged Charles Kendall Australia (CKA) to assist with tendering, contract execution, and the development and implementation of a strategic Procure to Pay (P2P) process. CKA delivered a number of critical procurement activities, achieving over $1.6 million in savings for a number of LinkWater's business units over the 2012-13 financial year.

CKA successfully delivered a comprehensive report on spend data across numerous categories and offered recommendations for realistic segmented cost savings.

Based on concerns with how IMT branch operates to procure goods and services in the context of the department’s centre-led model, Charles Kendall Australia (CKA) was engaged to thoroughly review several aspects of IMT branch’s procurement practices.

Charles Kendall Procurement and Charles Kendall Packing recently collaborated on a project to procure and ship a number of Arabian boats to Oman. The boats were purchased for the new museum, 'Oman Across All Ages', in Nizwa, Oman.

Members of the Charles Kendall team across Far East offices have recently undertaken a large project in the autonomous region of Macau. We have been a leading player in the construction of the City of Dreams phase 3, an iconic hotel building designed by renowned architect, Zaha Hadid. Charles Kendall have been involved in the project since early 2015, shipping over 27,000 tonnes worth of materials direct to the customer’s site in a limited space of time.
